Our Community.

At Structures Group, we are passionate about supporting our local community in the Leigh and Wigan area as well as further afield in Greater Manchester, Lancashire and Merseyside. As a group of companies, our Structures ethos is to invest in our communities future and make a positive impact on the world around us.

Our contributions to our immediate and surrounding boroughs began with the provision of funding for local football teams, as part of our sports sponsorship programme. This programme has extended its support to several local football teams across the North West including; Pennington FC, Leigh Athletic (Leigh Genesis), Atherton Town, FC Ormskirk and most recently, FC Dynamite (also part of Leigh Genesis). FC Dynamite is an inclusive football team made up of young people with disabilities who love and enjoy the game. This year, we have also sponsored a local youth organisation –  ‘Boxing For Better’, and a local dance school, Dance Works Eccles, in the dance world cup.

As well as providing sports sponsorships, our Structures employees regularly take part in fundraising activities for a vast range of local projects and charities, from raising money and awareness, through to taking part in organised events and collecting donations for community hubs.

At Structures Group, we also pledge our skills and services to community projects. We were most notably involved in Manchester’s renowned ‘Bee in the City’ project – you can read more about our contributions to this project on our Case Studies page.
