This landmark building, once a bustling agricultural implements store, has stood vacant for many years. Our goal is to revitalize this property and repurpose it as a thriving hub for local enterprises. The renovation will breathe new life into the building and contribute to the overall regeneration of Leigh town centre.

A Glimpse into the Past

Dating back to 1798, this historic property boasts a rich history. A photograph from the 1960s offers a glimpse into its past as an agricultural implements store founded by John Sim in 1881. The building retains many original features, including a brick-floored cellar, plaster and lath features, and original joists.
